Production: Bordeaux dry white – Entre-Deux-Mers

Soil type:  clay-limestone plateau of 7 hectares

Wine-making: in concrete tank with epoxy coating, pre-fermentation pelliculaire maceration, settling and temperature control by circulation of iced water inside the stainless steel coil. Aging until putting into bottles on February.

Consumption: this aromatic and fresh wine is to be drunk young. Its structure should be able to let it evolve favorably until 3 years.

Production: around 35 000 bottles
