Aging 10 months in 500-liters oak barrels, 25% in new casks.
Maturing on fine fermentation lees and regular bâtonnage.
Bottled in May.

This Wine presents rich and greedy aromas of vanilla, pear, pineapple and mandarin as well as white flowers. The palate expression is elegant and pure with a touch of citrus fruits for the finish, all the charm of a great Mâcon. Tasting temperature between 12 to 14C °.
